ELISABETTA SIRANI: MAESTRA OF BAROQUE BOLOGNA

Robert Simon Fine Art is pleased to present the first exhibition outside of Italy devoted to one of the most innovative, prolific, and successful artists of the Bolognese school during the 17th century.

Our exhibition has now concluded, but several works by Elisabetta Sirani are still on view in our gallery alongside other women artists of the Renaissance and Baroque period.

Robert Simon Fine Art is proud to announce our recent loans to museum exhibitions in the US and internationally, including major works by Vittore Carpaccio, Luca Giordano, and Pier Francesco Foschi.

BEYOND BOUNDARIES: HISTORICAL ART BY AND OF PEOPLE OF COLOR

OLD MASTERS | New York

Robert Simon Fine Art specializes in European works of the Renaissance and Baroque periods—generally from 1300 to 1800. In addition we offer select works from Colonial Latin America, as well as from nineteenth century Europe and occasionally show contemporary works that tie into the techniques or regions of Old Master paintings. While we tend to focus on Italian and Spanish paintings, we are not restrictive, and above all seek out and offer works of the highest quality of whatever origin, date, and medium.

Our gallery is located at 22 East 80th Street in New York City, close to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
